What is TCOM Coaching
Coaching lets any TCOM tool user consult a certified trainer for support, guidance, and help with certification challenges.
TCOM Coaching provides an opportunity for both the TCOM user/leaner and coach to share and gain new perspectives.
Under the philosophy of TCOM, perspectives matter. It is through different perspectives that we gather the information which helps us best capture an a story. Just as, for TCOM tools, the more relevant and meaningful information we can gather from multiple conversations and different perspectives, the better we can help engineer personal change. The perspectives we receive directly support our capacity to align individuals to resources and interventions.

What Types of TCOM Coaching are There?
Nationwide TCOM User Coaching Call (All TCOM Users)
A support resource available to all TCOM users, not exclusively certified users or trainers. A space where anyone can ask questions and share ideas to other users. The call is held the second Wednesday of every month from 2PM-3:30PM EST.
Nationwide Certified Trainers’ Office Hours (Certified trainers only)
Dedicated 90-minute meetings for TCOM certified trainers. Aimed to provide them with an opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, address issues they have come across, provide experiences from their training and consult with the national TCOM team about training issues, obstacles they have encountered or successes they have celebrated. These occur the first Thursday of every month, from 1PM-2:30PM Eastern time.
1 on 1 Coaching Virtual Meeting
An opportunity for TCOM users to explore their certification exam results and trends in a live consultation with a certified coach to receive additional support and assistance to be able to successfully complete the certification process. Please email us at coaching@TCOMtraining.com to learn more.
