What’s the difference between sponsoring and exhibiting?

Sponsoring is about increasing your organization’s visibility throughout the conference. Sponsors support the event and receive recognition through opportunities such as logo placement, event sponsorships, conference materials, social media mentions, and other promotional benefits. 

Exhibiting is about connecting directly with attendees. Exhibitors receive a dedicated space both in person and virtually to showcase their products, services, or initiatives and engage with conference participants. 

In short: Sponsoring expands your brand’s reach across the conference, while exhibiting creates opportunities for one-on-one engagement. Many organizations choose to do both to maximize their presence. 

Yes. Sponsoring and exhibiting can absolutely be combined, and this option is already included within our higher-tier sponsorship packages. 

At those levels, organizations receive both broad visibility across the conference experience and hands-on engagement through an exhibitor table and virtual exhibitor booth. This combination allows sponsors to elevate their brand presence while also engaging directly with attendees in meaningful ways.

Yes. All sponsors and exhibitors with booth access are able to customize their virtual booth within the Accelevents platform. A unique access link will be provided prior to the conference, allowing participants to upload and tailor the information they would like attendees to see, including organizational details, resources, and promotional materials. 

For in-person booths, each exhibitor space includes a standard 6-foot table. Participants are welcome to bring additional materials and branding items to personalize their space and make their booth more engaging and visually distinctive. We especially encourage exhibitors to bring a branded tablecloth, if possible, to enhance visibility and create a cohesive, professional display.

Yes. Through the Acceleventsplatform, sponsors and exhibitors will be able to download an Excel spreadsheet containing all leads collected during both the virtual and in-person portions of the conference. This provides a centralized and efficient way to review and manage attendee interactions after the event.
