What is a TCOM Trainer?
A TCOM Trainer is a person trained and qualified to teach others about the philosophy behind TCOM and how to use TCOM tools. TCOM trainers promote the adoption of and proper use of TCOM tools within their workplace or community by assisting others in becoming certified in the tools. There are two types of TCOM trainers: nationwide trainers, who are trained in standard TCOM tools, and jurisdiction-specific TCOM trainers, who are trained in TCOM tools customized for a specific jurisdiction.
