  1. Good Afternoon,

We are currently working on outcomes reports and are following the TCOM Report Suite for comparative data. I’m looking to see if there’s an updated version of the report suite and also if there was a contact/resource for specific questions regarding the reports.

  2. While I appreciate the services that you provide. I am trying to get recertified on the GA ANSA and I have not been able to find a tech to help me get registered for the exam before my certifications laps. I am not able to get recertified to take the test through the regular sign in. It does not provide a repurchasing of the ANSA until after relapse and that is the thing I am trying to prevent.

  3. Hello,
I am considering using the CANS with my community partner in Canada. One thing I am not seeing in the supporting documentation is how long, on average, a single completion of the CANS would take. This may be readily available somewhere, though I haven’t done too deep of a dive into the supporting materials yet.
    Thanks for your time,
    Dillon

  4. I am in Idaho and in the process of completing CANS certification. I completed the training, and began the online exam, but the instructions for the first vignette made little sense. I submitted 3 online inquiries using the Praed contact link, and left one voce message but have received no response. Yes, 3 weeks of effort and no response . Can anyone tell me if TCOM or Praed have humans on staff that are willing to provide customer service? If yes, I would very much benefit from getting their contact information.

  5. Hello,
I attended the TCOM conference on 11/12 & 11/13. I was wondering if we would get copies of the powerpoints for the sessions we attended? Some of the presenters had powerpoints attached to their info page, but other didn’t. Some presenters said we’d get a copy, but none have been sent so far.
    Thank you,
    Brittany

  6. Good Afternoon,
You really should look into a different platform to deliver the CANS training. EVERY TIME I try to go through Schoox and sign staff up, I have problems to work through. This time my credit card didn’t run and now I’m waiting for them to contact me. It’s always an exercise in frustration.

  8. Good Afternoon,

What is the protocol to become a Certified CANS Trainer?

  9. How do I obtain my CUE’s for attending courses. I have looked everywhere. Originally I was told I would be given my CEU’s after evaluating the course. I evaluated each course I attended, I have not received anything from any instructor

    • How do I receive CEUs for the IMCANS certification. I want to apply this training toward my CADC.

  10. Hello,
I am looking for a reference guide for the CANS-CSE assessment tool. I was able to find descriptors for the SUD and runaway modules within the tool, but not for the remainder of the tool. Any information you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you!

  11. Hello, We will have 6 people to register for the TCOM conference in November, however, will not be able to get it approved through our fiscal department until after 9/9. What will the cost be after 9/9 for access to everything?

  12. Hello, I am interested in becoming a CANS/ANSA certified trainer in order to assist our clinicians in re-certifying and train in coming clinicians new to the CANS/ANSA screenings. We are based in San Francisco, Alameda, and Contra Costa in California and was hoping that there may be some virtual trainings and if so would it be possible to obtain training information? Thank you

  13. Hello,

I’m interested in obtaining a training certification for the CANS Trauma Comprehensive for a pilot project we are doing in Florida. My understanding is that I must attend an in-person training then a reliability score of .80. Given current circumstances, are there any scheduled trainings for becoming a certified trainer in the near future – in-person or online?

    Best Regards,
    Shamra Boel-Studt

  14. Oh shoot. I left the wrong email. I just attended the training on the cans with Suzie Buton, she referenced that there was an option to become a coach for the cans assessment. In my role as a care coordinator i am responsible for training new care coordinators. Is this coaching certification available?

    • Hi Danielle, Glad you reached out! I’ve forwarded your message to Dr. Button and she will be sending you additional information on coaching and resources!
