I need to certify in a TCOM tool. Where do I begin?

Check if your agency/jurisdiction has provided you with instructions. 

Typically, most users start by creating an account on TCOMtraining.com, which is a platform hosted by Schoox.

To create an account on Schoox, you will need your name, email, jurisdiction, and agency. If you do not see your agency on the drop-down list, please contact us at support@TCOMtraining.com. We can help add your agency.

If you run your own practice or are not associated with an agency, please select “individual practitioner” as your agency.

How do I know what tool to certify in?

Where does TCOM training happen?

TCOM tool training mainly happens on our site, TCOMtraining.com. There, you can create an account and gain access to the bundle of courses you need to take in order to certify. Your agency/jurisdiction may also require you to attend a live course or workshop.

Do I need to attend a live training? 

It depends. Some people are required by their agency/jurisdiction to attend a live training. Please ask your agency/jurisdiction to see if it is required.

You can still attend a live training even if it’s not required. It is highly encouraged that learners attend a live training as it can help provide new perspectives, explain the tool and its function, and provide helpful application guidance.
