Presenters Information

If you are presenting solo, please prepare the information below; however, if you are presenting as part of the team, we ask you to please prepare to provide this information for every member of your team. 

• Basic Contact Information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Organization, Job title, credentials, and field of study)
• Updated short bio: Highlighting your qualifications and achievements in your field of expertise. (200 words or less, please!)
• High-resolution professional profile picture.
• Updated CV/resume that includes your educational background, work experience, and any relevant professional accomplishments.

Proposal submissions will be considered for 1-hour breakout sessions during the 2025 TCOM Conference that will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 8, and Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025.

 If you are requesting to present on a specific date or would like to submit your proposal as a poster presentation, please specify this in the first section of the survey, “Would you like to provide any other details about your presentation submission?”
