In the Car When It Happened: A Brief Reflection on the Inaugural QI Partnership Live Event
So, it was in the car that the inaugural eQIP live event was brought to my attention. The Families First legislation created the role of the Qualified Individual (QI) to serve as an independent gatekeeper for placement in Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTP).
